This website (agilebedrock.com) is an initiative of Uncovering Better Ways SLU, tax ID (CIF) B72733363, with registered address at calle Bari 55, 50197 Zaragoza (Spain). Hereinafter, “the owner”.

2. Purpose

The site has an informative purpose regarding Agile Bedrock, the core body of knowledge of Scrum Manager, and provides access to its guide and to the related training and certification. Accessing and browsing the site implies acceptance of these terms of use.

3. Intellectual property

The contents of the site and the downloadable guide are published under a Creative Commons CC BY-NC 4.0 license: they may be shared and adapted with attribution and for non-commercial use. “Scrum Manager” is a registered trademark. Any other trademarks that may appear belong to their respective owners.

4. Cookies and personal data

This site uses no tracking or analytics cookies and collects no personal data from its visitors. It only uses one technical cookie (“lang”), which stores the language chosen with the language selector; it is exempt from consent and can be deleted from the browser without affecting navigation. Downloading the guide requires no registration and no personal data.

5. Liability

The owner strives to keep the information accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or the uninterrupted availability of the site.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any matter relating to the site, the owner can be contacted at the address indicated in section 1.
